This year’s Bring your A-Game Activity is a Debate Competition.
Teams will go head-to-head discussing powerful prompts about the Black Experience.
- Age Group: Under 40 (Black and non-Black allies).
- Prizes: Access to more than $1000 in cash prizes.
This exciting event showcases a stunning collection of creatives or businesses (incl. rendered services).
- For Showcased Art Pieces: each piece will reflect unique perspectives and artistic expressions. Event attendees will have the opportunity to place bids on the various pieces, both virtually and in person, making it accessible to a wide audience.
- For Showcased Businesses (Inc. Services): you will have the opportunity to spotlight your business provisions before, on, and after the event. Utilizing tools such custom discount codes, custom ads, and more, you will get to interact with more customers and business experts, thereby yielding growth.
Whether you’re an enthusiast or a casual admirer, this event promises a vibrant atmosphere filled with creativity, connection, and the thrill of competition.

The Awards Ceremony serves as a platform to extend recognition and appreciation to the brilliant students whose creative work fostered meaningful engagement on how to give and receive Black experience. Due to the setup of the program we have both regional and national celebrations. The ceremony is also a chance to network and exchange ideas with peers, partners and other thought leaders in the ecosystem.
Thank you to our 2025 attendess both in Surrey, BC and Toronto. Over the years we have hosted this event in edmonton and other cities. We're thankful to the community we have built.
