ABEEL
The Alliance of Black Employee Experience & Leadership (ABEEL) organization emerged from an employee-led initiative within the construction industry. It was born out of the recognition of a glaring lack of diversity in professional organizations and the limited pathways available to youth as they enter the workforce. Today, as an independent non-profit organization operated by dedicated individuals, our mission persists and now spans industries beyond construction. We are unwavering in our commitment to raise awareness and promote educational efforts aimed at creating a true sense of belonging and equal access to growth within both professional organizations and the communities they serve (thereby eradicating systemic racism).

Vision

Mission
Guided by Love, we work to dismantle systemic barriers, particularly anti-Black racism, while fostering self-discovery, personal growth, and fulfillment among all who journey with us, regardless of race, age, disability, religion, gender, or identity.
Through youth engagement, education, and empowerment, we build holistic and sustainable systems that nurture equity, leadership, and community transformation, bringing us closer to a more beautiful future.
Recognizing that we are one channel through which love is expressed, we actively ally with and support all movements advancing justice, compassion, and human flourishing.

“It is a vital program that gave voices to students that they would otherwise not have. It gave students purpose and empowerment as they work together and strive to find solutions in creating a more equitable society.”
